- This series of machine tools comes standard with three linkage axes X, Y, and Z, and an optional B-axis turntable. It can be mainly used for high-precision and complex-shaped parts such as boxes, disks, shells, and molds. With an optional automatic tool-changing system, it can continuously complete precise machining of milling, drilling, expanding, reaming, boring, and tapping in one clamping process, achieving engineering sequencing and shortening production cycles, thereby enabling users to achieve good economic benefits.
- This series of machine tools is widely used in processing various mechanical products such as high-precision molds, automotive parts, aerospace parts, military parts, and hardware parts.
>>>Machine tool structure characteristics
- The base, slide saddle, worktable, column, spindle box, and other large components are made of high-strength cast iron material, shaped with resin sand technology, and undergo twice aging treatments to eliminate stress, improve the rigidity and stability of the large components and the whole machine, and effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
- Guide rails of the three axes all adopt the linear type rolling guide rails with great precision. Due to the rolling friction between the guide rail pairs, the friction coefficient is small and the difference in dynamic and static friction force is small, which can achieve noncrawling at low speed and high-precision positioning at high speed.
- All three axes are equipped with C3 grade precision ball screws, imported spindle-specific bearings, and a pre-tensioned design with support seats at both ends to increase the rigidity of the screw, reduce thermal displacement, eliminate transmission backlash, improve accuracy, make transmission smoother, and achieve reliability and durability.
- The spindle set is produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan, China, with high precision and rigidity. The bearings are P4-grade spindle-specific bearings. After the whole set of spindles are assembled under constant temperature conditions, they all undergo dynamic balance correction and running tests, which improves the service life and reliability of the whole set of spindles.
