>Structural characteristics
- The Z-axis adopts square sliding guide rails, and both the X and Y axes use imported rolling linear guide rails. Thus it achieves the effect of small dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, small vibration at high speed, non-crawling at low speed, high positioning accuracy, and excellent servo drive performance, improving the machine tool's accuracy and stability.
- It features high speed, high precision, high strength, and high rigidity. It can complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping, and so on, in one clamping, for complex parts like disks, plates, shells, and molds.
>Scope of application
Widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive parts, electrical instruments, motorcycles, tools, hardware, motors, etc. for molds and parts processing, it can be used for efficient machining and manufacturing of small and medium-sized parts, and for the machining of complex and high-precision parts.
