- The gantry machining center in this series features fixed columns, a forward and backward moving workbench, and a left and right, up and down moving spindle box. The main components are the body, column, crossbeam, horizontal slide table, worktable, spindle, screw, lubrication system, cooling system, CNC control panel, and electronic control system. It's mainly used for machining flat surfaces, curved surfaces, and holes, widely adopted in the rough and precision machining of various medium-sized parts such as plates, boxes, and frames in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
- This series of gantry machining centers inherits the advantages of high rigidity, symmetrical structure, and strong stability of traditional gantry machine tool foundation frames, and introduces advanced dynamic and static rigid design concepts, all of which adopt three-dimensional modeling design. The main structures are designed using finite element analysis, optimizing the reinforcement structure of the body casting, distributing the mass reasonably, and optimizing the design of moving parts.
